My mom has been making this salsa for as long as I can remember. It’s pretty mild, very fresh & awesome on an omelet with a little dollop of sour cream, or simply with chips. Give this one a try, it’s my favorite salsa *ever*!


  • 4 bunches green onions, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, minced
  • 2 4oz cans fire roasted diced green chilies, drained
  • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 28oz can drained diced tomatoes
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1/2 t seasoned salt
  • 3 T. white vinegar
  • juice of 1 lime

It’s a piece of cake, put everything in a bowl, mix & enjoy! This salsa tastes even better the day after, once the flavors have had a chance to get to know each other! Store in the fridge for about a week.
