Sauteed Spinach

  • fresh spinach
  • garlic (1-2 cloves)
  • fresh lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
  • extra virgin olive oil

Heat some oil in a pan & add garlic. Sautee garlic for a minute. Add spinach to pan & cook until just wilted, it will take about 1-2 minutes. Don’t let it cook to long or you’ll end up with mush. Squeeze fresh lemon juice right before serving. Super yummy & super healthy!
