A can of pinto beans.
Pour into a small pan with a splash of olive oil.
Begin to mash the beans with a fork, add a small handful of cheese, a sprinkle of cumin (or any other seasonings you like) and a dash of salt.
Stir the cheese into the beans until melted.

Ok, I made these tonight and LOVED them! I like the texture so much more than the canned refried beans, I think I’ll always do it this way instead, thanks for the recipe!
